Terms of use detailed in former mayor's will

Hamilton is home to a 99-acre tract owned by Harvard University that has college alumni/preservationists engaged in an intense battle.
The land was a gift to Harvard under condition it be maintained an "experimental station in forestry for benefit of all persons/institutions in New England."
Harvard indicated it may want to sell the land....
Harvard decades earlier sold its 3,600-acre Black Rock Forest, a gift from a graduate with strong interest in forestry research.
